HOW IS YOUR PROPERTY DIFFERENT FROM THE COMPETITORS?

There is one way to describe our apartments, luxurious and convenient. Our luxurious apartments come with top of the line amenities, such as, a clubhouse that includes a fitness center, private parking garages for tenants cars or extra storage, outdoor pool with lounge chairs, a walking trail around the community and modern apartments with an open layout. Not only do our apartments come with amazing amenities, our apartments are conveniently located near local highways, including, the expressway, route 30 and route 73. You’ll also notice many restaurants and retail shopping in Berlin, NJ, that you’ll have easy access to.


WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY?

Neuxs Properties welcomes cats and dogs (a maximum of two pets per apartment). Although we do not have a weight limit, we do have breed restrictions which include but not limited to: Akita, Tosa Inus, German Shepard, Malamute, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Fila Brasileiro, Argentine Dogo, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dalmation, Shar Pei, Wolf American Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull, Great Dane, Bull Mastiff, Siberian Husky, or any mix of the above breeds or half-breeds. For more information please contact the Leasing Office as breed restrictions may be subject to change.

  1. Do you allow exotic pets?                                                                                 

       Unfortunately, we do not allow exotic pets.

  2. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?                           

     There is a security pet fee of ½ a month's rent, and a $25.00 per pet, monthly charge

  3. How much is the security deposit?                                                                           

      The security deposit amount is typically equal to one month’s rent, but may vary based on the result of the application scoring process. 


IS MY SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

Yes, if there are no damages or any outstanding balance owed on your account. Security deposits are returned within 30 days of move out.


IS THERE A PLACE WHERE I CAN PAY MY RENT AFTER OFFICE HOURS?

After hours, you may use our convenient pay online option through our resident portal.

WILL YOU ACCEPT ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS?

Absolutely – For your convenience, we accept electronic and credit card payments through our resident portal, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

WHEN IS MY RENT PAYMENT DUE?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

 

THERE IS A PERSON WHO MIGHT BE STAYING WITH ME FOR A WHILE. IS THAT PERMITTED BY THE LEASE?

Guests are permitted to stay, however any period over 14 days, the guest is considered an occupant and must be added to the lease agreement. Any occupants 18 years or older will need to apply and be accepted prior to being added to the lease agreement.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING WITHIN THE COMMUNITY?

Yes. We offer both, on street parking spaces and private parking garages.

WILL YOU ACCEPT DELIVERY PACKAGES FOR ME?

Absolutely - We offer package concierge service.

IF SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED IN MY APARTMENT, HOW DO I REPORT IT?

You may request service by contacting the property management office or logging onto the resident portal to initiate a service request. To provide the best service, if your request is an emergency maintenance issue, it is best to contact the property management office directly or the emergency after hours emergency contact line.

MAY I RESERVE AN APARTMENT?

Absolutely – The reservation fee is paid upon application, is then credited to your first month’s rent upon move in.

IS GRILLING ALLOWED ON PRIVATE BALCONIES?

We allow and provide grills outside of our clubhouse that are available to all tenants. Due to safety reasons, we do not permit grilling on private balconies.
